How Call Box is Typically Used
In Call Box, a phone call is a ''Call'', an email is a ''Call'', any interaction with a customer at your counter is a ''Call''. Call Box eliminates paper and streamlines your process. In a busy office (such as a parts department for example) where you receive and make a lot of calls, and you receive and send a lot of emails and have many interactions with customers and suppliers, instead of writing everything down, or printing emails, you simply enter data into Call Box by typing or copy/pasting information and assign the priority by selecting a colored folder as a visual cue so that you can see all your calls sorted by priority at a glance on one screen.

Real World Example (WITHOUT Call Box) A customer emails you a request for pricing for a bunch of parts for his equipment.
